Golf operations

The tee sheet is the club's heartbeat.

Club Driver runs bookings, competitions, handicaps and the course itself on one record, so the pro shop, the office and the first tee are always looking at the same day.

Tee sheet

One tee sheet, every channel

Members, visitors, societies and competition fields all book into the same sheet, with the rules your committee actually agreed.

  • Tee-time templates by day, season and course
  • Release windows and booking rules by membership category
  • Visitor and green-fee availability alongside member play
  • Guest slots, buggies and caddie requests on the booking
  • Check-in, no-shows and course starter view
  • Live tee sheet shared by the office, pro shop and starter

Booking rules that hold

Release windows, category limits and guest allowances are enforced when the booking is made, not corrected afterwards. Staff keep an override, and every override is recorded against the member and the person who made it.

Enhanced live course map with equipment and condition readings
Mapped course conditions and connected equipment turn geography into an operational view.

Competitions & handicaps

Scoring that finishes when the last card does

Competition entry, live scoring and results all sit against the same player record, so handicaps and history stay intact.

  • Stableford, medal, stroke and team formats
  • Entry lists, waiting lists and tee blocks
  • Live scoring from the member app with marker verification
  • Automatic leaderboards during play
  • Results, prizes and competition history

World Handicap System

Club Driver keeps a full player profile: playing handicap, scoring record, course and slope ratings per tee, and the rounds behind each figure. Where a club uses a national handicapping service as the system of record, Club Driver is built to work alongside it rather than replace it — the integration route depends on the union or federation your club sits under, and we will be explicit about what is connected before you commit.

General play rounds, supplementary scores and marker verification are all handled inside the member app.

The course

Course management that knows where everything is

Club Driver holds a mapped model of the course, so conditions, distances, tasks and equipment all refer to real places rather than free text.

Course digital twin

Available

A mapped model of every hole, tee, green, bunker and boundary, kept as the club's geographic source of truth.

GPS hole guides

Available

Distances calculated from mapped tees and pin positions, shown to members on their phone.

Pin and tee positions

Available

Daily pin sheets and tee-of-the-day settings that flow straight into yardages and scorecards.

Course conditions

Available

Publish greens, bunkers and buggy status once and it appears in the app, on displays and on the tee sheet.

Greenkeeping diary and tasks

Available

Maintenance work, machinery, irrigation and consumables recorded against the mapped course.

Play suspension automation

Available

Suspend play from one place — bookings, displays and member notifications all follow.
