How personal data is handled.

Where a golf club uses Club Driver to run its membership, bookings, hospitality and communications, the club is the data controller. Club Driver operates the platform on the club's instruction as its data processor.

For enquiries made through this website, Club Driver is the controller of the contact details you submit.

If you request a demo or contact us, we collect the name, club, email address, telephone number and message you provide, so that we can reply and arrange a conversation.

We do not sell enquiry details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Member records, bookings, scores, payments, tabs and messages are held for the club that entered them. Access is restricted by role and isolated per club at the database level, and sensitive actions are written to an audit trail.

Requests to access, correct, export or erase member data should be raised with the club, which can action them in the platform or ask us to assist.

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful to the conversation or required for our records. Club data is retained for as long as the club's agreement runs, and is exportable throughout.

Data is hosted with our infrastructure providers under contractual data-protection terms.

You have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected, to request erasure, and to object to certain processing. Contact your club in the first instance, or write to us through the contact page.
